1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), operated by Digipeak Media, 82453 Hudiksvall, Sweden ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is

This Site publishes an independent editorial review of CommissionOS Launchpad, a third-party software product created and sold by Limitless Passion Ltd through the WarriorPlus marketplace. We are not the creator, publisher, or vendor of CommissionOS, and we do not process payments, deliver product access, or provide product support for it. Purchases made via links on this Site are transacted entirely through WarriorPlus and the vendor, subject to their own terms.

3. No warranty on third-party products

We provide our opinions and analysis of CommissionOS in good faith, based on publicly available materials and, where stated, our personal experience with the creator's other products. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or results you may achieve from CommissionOS or any other third-party product referenced on this Site. Any purchase decision you make is your own responsibility.

4. Affiliate relationship

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related accounts
• Scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content at scale without our written permission
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site, including through automated bot traffic

6. Intellectual property

The written content, layout, and original graphics on this Site are owned by Digipeak Media unless otherwise credited. Screenshots of the CommissionOS sales and JV pages are used for the purpose of commentary and review. All CommissionOS trademarks, product names, and screenshots of vendor-owned material remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digipeak Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of any third-party product referenced on it, including CommissionOS. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Swedish or EU law, or under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Digipeak Media harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or United States, mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence may also apply and are not overridden by this clause.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
