1. Who we are

This site is operated by Digipeak Media, 82453 Hudiksvall, Sweden. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Digipeak Media is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us through our contact form for any privacy question or request.

2. What data we collect

We do not operate a login system, do not process payments ourselves, and do not collect financial or payment card information. Purchases of any product reviewed on this site, including CommissionOS (via WarriorPlus) and Commission Cycle (via the vendor's own registration and checkout), are processed entirely by the respective vendor and their payment processor; see their privacy policies for how they handle your payment and order data.

3. Analytics tools we use

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves, to understand aggregate traffic patterns. It runs on every page for every visitor. Umami does not set cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not collect personally identifiable information; it reports anonymized, aggregated visit statistics (for example page views, referring sites, country and device type) and which of our outbound links are clicked.

We also use two tools in the "Analytics" cookie category:

Google Analytics (GA4), provided by Google Ireland Limited, uses cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. Where Google Analytics processes data of EU/EEA visitors, that data may be transferred to the United States; Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and offers Standard Contractual Clauses as a transfer safeguard.
Klyqq, a click attribution tool, sets a first-party cookie on this domain (kept for up to 2 years) so we can tell which pages and traffic sources lead to clicks on our affiliate links, and records those clicks and basic engagement on the page.

When these tools run. This site is written for readers in the United States, so we treat visitors differently depending on where they are:

EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland: we ask first. Google Analytics and Klyqq only load after you click Accept in our cookie banner.
Everywhere else: they are on by default, no banner is shown, and you can switch them off at any time.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you have not made a choice on this site, we treat it as an opt-out and load neither tool.

How we tell where you are. We use your device's time zone, which your browser reports to the page. A European time zone, UTC, or a time zone that cannot be read counts as Europe. The check runs in your browser; the time zone is not sent to us or stored. This site does not look up your country from your IP address, and a device set to a time zone outside Europe is treated as outside Europe.

Changing your choice. The round cookie button in the bottom-left corner of every page and the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer both open the cookie panel, which shows whether the analytics cookies are currently on or off and lets you change that (). A choice you make there is remembered in your browser and always takes priority over the defaults above, including over Global Privacy Control. If you switch the tools off, any Google Analytics and Klyqq cookies already set on this site are deleted. See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies involved.

4. Contact form

Messages sent through our contact form are passed to Backend Forms, a form handling service we operate ourselves, which emails the message to us; your name, email address and message are used only to reply to you. To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automated traffic when the contact page loads. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics for that purpose only, under its own privacy policy. Turnstile runs only on the contact page and is not used for tracking or advertising.

6. How long we keep data

Google Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, and the Klyqq cookie expires after at most 2 years. Umami keeps only aggregate statistics. Messages and emails you send us are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and for our own record-keeping, typically no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required by law. Your cookie consent choice is stored in your own browser and is under your control at all times.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; for Sweden, this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), www.imy.se.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To the extent analytics cookies are considered "sharing" under CPRA, you can opt out at any time via the cookie button in the bottom-left corner or the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of this site, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out (see section 3).

Other US states: residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut) have broadly similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these rights, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Third-party links

This site links out to third-party checkout and registration pages for the products we review, including WarriorPlus for CommissionOS and the vendor's own registration page for Commission Cycle. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not ours. We encourage you to review the relevant third party's privacy policy before registering or completing a purchase.

9. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
