1. Who we are
This site is operated by Digipeak Media, 82453 Hudiksvall, Sweden. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Digipeak Media is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at legal@digipeak.se for any privacy question or request.
2. What data we collect

We do not operate a login system, do not process payments ourselves, and do not collect financial or payment card information. Purchases of CommissionOS are processed entirely by WarriorPlus and the vendor; see their respective privacy policies for how they handle your payment and order data.
3. Analytics tools we use
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand aggregate traffic patterns. As configured on this site, Umami does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information; it reports anonymized, aggregated visit statistics.
We may also use Google Analytics (GA4), provided by Google Ireland Limited, which does use cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. Google Analytics is only loaded after you actively consent to the "Analytics" cookie category in our consent banner; see our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies involved. Where Google Analytics processes data of EU/EEA visitors, that data may be transferred to the United States; Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and offers Standard Contractual Clauses as a transfer safeguard.

5. How long we keep data
Analytics data (where consented) is retained for up to 14 months. Emails you send us are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and for our own record-keeping, typically no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required by law. Your cookie consent choice is stored in your own browser and is under your control at all times.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; for Sweden, this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), www.imy.se.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To the extent analytics cookies are considered "sharing" under CPRA, you can opt out at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of this site.
Other US states: residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut) have broadly similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these rights, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Third-party links
This site links out to WarriorPlus for checkout and to the CommissionOS vendor's own pages. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not ours. We encourage you to review WarriorPlus's privacy policy before completing a purchase.
8. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
